Walkthrough & Notes

Weapons with Beleriand Damage or Orc-Type Damage will help. Also if your class has a "heal trait" or a "defensive stance" use it. There are two other quests which seem hidden. One is to burn banners and tents. The other is to call Blackthorn to you so he can have his revenge. Check your quest log if you have time, or just keep your eyes peeled for glowing objects to click. Primarily assist/heal Tordag. At the end, he falls down defeated. But at that point, it will not make the quest fail. You must approach the crow that's by the tent at the 3rd combat point (just before you turn to go up the hill). This sends a message to Blackthorn (the Ent you helped in Eastern Fangorn) so he can take his revenge. If you didn't do those quests (beginning with Quest:Stop the Motion ) the Ent will not assist in the fight against Bartub. Keep an eye on Frithmund, when you reach the top of the hill, look around and pursue Frithmund (for Quest:Forth the Toringas: Judgement). Return to the fight at the top of the hill. Blackthorn (the ent) should've joined the fight. The quest doesn't say so, but if Blackthorn dies, you must delete the quest and start again. If for any reason, your quest is "bugged" wait 5 minutes to see if it's just a pause. After that, leave the instance and delete the quest. Talk to Tordag in his camp again. (There will be a 4 minute reset timer.) The instance can start again from the beginning.

Bestowal dialogue Thane Tordag of Torsbury, determined to reclaim his town from the Dunlending invaders, has joined with Dudsig of Oserley to march upon his ruined village.... Background You have joined Tordag and his people for their counterassault against the Dunlendings at Torsbury. Objective 1 Talk to Tordag Tordag must not be defeated Torferth must not be defeated Dudsig must not be defeated Speak with Tordag. Tordag: 'The wild men have allied themselves with foul creatures in the service of the Enemy...I do not believe there is any good in them, if ever there was. 'Let us put these dogs down!' Tordag says, "For Torsbury and the Broadacres!" Objective 2 Fight to the heart of Torsbury Tordag must not be defeated Torferth must not be defeated Dudsig must not be defeated Fight to the heart of Torsbury. You have reached the heart of Torsbury Tordag says, "Foul Orc! I swear I shall bring my vengeance upon your master!" Bartub says, "Do you think I fear you, Tordag of Torsbury?" Bartub says, "You strawheads should learn to keep your houses in order...." Bartub says, "You have walked into the trap my Whiteskin friends laid for you...now you shall perish!" Tordag says, "What...?" Tordag says, "Ahhh...."
